This video gives some great examples of what has unfortunately become all too common in the computer repair business, especially nationwide companies. It shows just how difficult it can be to find an ethical and affordable computer tech.

When dealing with Internet Clinic you get real service from an actual local company with a storefront, not an unqualified “repairman” working from home with no accountability or a nationwide company that is more concerned with up-selling you than they are with actually resolving your issues.

Often, local repairman are not registered businesses and are not qualified to perform the work they do and in many cases are only reachable by their cell phone. Plus, many times they rely on a third party to fix the problematic issues – and this can make a quick fix stretch out to a few weeks when they send your computer out.

Many of the national computer repair companies overcharge their customers simply because they can, and the customers deal with it because they don’t know where else to go! More and more often the end result is the customer overpays, waits days for diagnostic and repair work, and is not explained what the problem ever was in the first place.

Not knowing what the issue is and how to prevent it in the future brings the customer back into the same company only to spend even more money and still get left feeling unsatisfied.
